Your Key Performance Objectives:

  • Provide strategic vision and leadership across all of the company 's marketing and brand development: Manage all marketing facets: creative, digital channels, product marketing, email, social media, copywriting, website design, public relations, in-space experience, partnerships, events, member loyalty.
  • Set the strategy for growth to execute offline and digital marketing and creative brand building initiatives: Work closely with the CEO and the senior management team to develop an international growth strategy for Company across all relevant channels, mapping out and delivering scale-up plans in line with business targets.
  • Build out and deliver on creative strategy in line with overall brand values: Increase brand visibility and awareness to drive audience reach and maximize revenue: Implement innovative messaging of Company 's strategy and value proposition, both internally and externally with members. Bring significant awareness to Company 's spaces and offerings, with a focus on communications and brand building, as well as growing demand.
  • Translate goals into effective integrated marketing strategies and campaigns that support the achievement of quarterly and annual goals: Collaborate with the operational departments to identify and execute marketing campaigns not limited to digital, offline and email marketing, partnerships, social media, events, PR and influencers.
  • Develop and manage marketing program budgets; measure and optimize marketing programs to ensure activities are effective, efficient, and deliver high return on investment: Measure return on investment (ROI) by defining, communicating, and tracking marketing KPIs, making informed recommendations for ongoing improvement. Develop audience and revenue growth plans by channel/audience segment across all markets. Critically analyze and report on the impact of each marketing channel.
  • Work closely with membership and product teams to continuously improve the value of membership: Create new core features, benefits and enhancements that will engage current and future customers and expand product and revenue lines.
  • Build, inspire, and lead a marketing organization that delivers against marketing goals, with clearly defined roles, career paths, succession plans, and employee success strategies: Assess current approach to the marketing organization and make recommendations about optimal team structure and responsibilities going forward. Establish clear development goals that are consistent with organizational priorities. Motivate the team to accomplish these goals and establish clear performance standards and benchmarks for success.

You Have Proven Performance In:

  • 15+ years of brand marketing, brand management, marketing communications, or advertising experience
  • 4-6 years in B2C consumer marketing at the Senior Director or VP level
  • Managing a team of 5+ people towards high performing achievements
  • Experience in food, hospitality, retail, e-commerce, CPG, or direct-to-consumer industries
  • Working with agility in a high-pressure environment
  • Ability to develop collaborative relationships with multiple partners from executive to junior levels
  • Hands-on experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns
  • Experience utilizing data and measurement to drive decisions
  • Experience in PR/communication strategy and media planning
  • Experience building & championing new marketing disciplines and teams
  • Keeping up with the evolving digital and social media landscape and understanding what it takes to mobilize consumers in a complex media environment
  • Equally analytical and creative
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • A proactive problem solver with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to react quickly to new information and inspire teams to do the same
  • Budget and P&L management
  • Understanding the membership life cycle from acquisition through to retention, and how to expand or diversify (audience, brand, venues, services) without losing the core membership and dilute the brand values
  • Stakeholder relations and will be expected to meet with Board members and be comfortable in their company
  • Bachelor 's Degree required, MBA a plus

Nice to Have But Not Required:

  • Experience working for both a large enterprise and either a start-up or high-growth organization
  • Experience growing a brand/company from early-stage to strong market presence and significant revenue with international presence
